Ryan & Tonya Ellmers
ARK is a locally owned civil engineering firm dedicated to supporting industrial, commercial and residential needs with over 22 years of licensed and certified civil engineering experience in; civil design, site planning, project management, and consulting. The owner and founder Ryan K. Ellmers followed in his father’s foot steps, graduating from The Citadel in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Ryan has built long lasting relationships in the community and his work can be seen all over Charleston and the surrounding areas. In 2013 Ryan met his wife Tonya, a native of Upstate NY. Together, their goal is to help the low country and surrounding areas grow and prosper.
